I don't like having to sign up for things or switch to other policies because all the paperwork and signing documents is such a pain. But this was as simple a process I could have had. Cortnie was friendly and made things easy. She was patient because I don't remember all the details that were needed to apply. I was able to do a lot by text which I prefer.
