"We have had nothing but the worst experience with State Farm as our home insurance. The whole town of Collinsville was hit with a terrible hail storm back in March and our whole neighborhood has gotten a new roof because of it (multiple having State Farm as well). We have done everything on our end and State Farm has never once reached out to us letting us know they have denied and when we contact them they have nothing but excuses. If I could leave less than 1 star I absolutely would. The claims process has been a slap in the face and they do not care about their customers at all. Would not recommend this branch or any State Farm branches for that matter."

"We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your claim experience with State Farm team was not satisfactory. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to addressing any issue. After some review, we found that my office does not have a homeowner policy under your name, and you are not a customer in our office. Because of this, my office would not have ever spoken with you directly about a claim. We do personally reach out to all customers who made a claim to assure that they had a good experience and have no additional questions, but the actual claim and communication is handled out of the corporate claims department, and not out of an agent office. Please contact State Farm Corporate at your convenience so they can direct you to your claim adjustor to discuss what went wrong and find a resolution. We’re dedicated to improving our claim service, but as I mentioned above, claims are not handled out of the agent office, and since you are not my customer, we would not have spoken to you about your claim. "
